OMG thats horrible. u should NOT feel that way!
I would contact the person above him and demand a new BM. I am queen of overreacting and it always helps. when I am being treated like that I go all bridezilla on whoever is mistreating me, and get my way. I suggest the same. this is one of the ppl that needs to reasure u and be there for u, out of all the vendors, the most.
def call and have him switched

Where is this? It sounds an awful lot like somewhere my friend is booked. She always get's different answer's from differnet people regarding her questions.

Also I would DEMAND and new BM you are spending 1000's of dollars at this place you deserve t be treated nicely. I would not ask I would INSIST on getting someone else! And Who cares if you hurt his feelings.... he is hurting your's

We booked the outdoor garden for our ceremony and the chapel incase it rains, after going back a few times I decided against the chapel because I didnt feel that it was big enough and it didnt give me a long enough space to walk down the aisle. I asked another BM if I can have another room incase of rain and she said yes that wouldnt be a prob because so far no-one booked it but he says NO! I also asked for an indoor-outdoor cocktail hour, the other BM said sure, he said NO! I told him that I do not like tooling so I didnt want it for the ceremony and he tells me that thats the way they do things there. It doesnt matter how they do things there, I feel that if I dont like something they shouldnt use it. Afterall I'm paying for the space so I should have a say as to what is used.

Thats definitely not right at all! It just sounds like now that he has your money he doesn't care about what you want or how you feel and it totally shouldn't be like that. They should make you feel like a princess until the moment that you leave your reception!! I would definitely speak to whoever is higher than him about everything that your going through.

you should ask for a new bm.
then get everything you want in writing!!!!
they shouldnt have a problem doing anything if you're the only wedding going on that day. see if they are having anything else going on that day.
