Seven sounds good. My ceremony is a 3 and my coctail hour starts at 6. We plan to get our pictures out of the way before the coctail hour so we can try to enjoy it. Our reception hall is about 20 minutes from the church.

7:00 is better for this reason...if your guests get there 'a little' bit early...they'll probably styart your ct hour earlier...and then you get a little more time (or your guests do at least)
