It a cake that the bakery offers. If you want it SMCC will pay for it. I can only assume that it's made w/ cream cheese & chocolate. It's so moist & yummy. If you go to the bakery they will let you try it. The bakery is called Giacommo's in Lindenhurst. Make sure you talk to Jim. If you call SMCC they will give you all the info.
