I don't have a picture yet = I will by next week! - but we did Dessy Dresses in Merlot - they look wonderful!!!

Could you maybe remove the sleeves of the first dress so your MOH would be wearing the same dress, same color, just strapless? Just a suggestion.

Jenny2penny - not sure what you are looking for (i am assuming a different MOH dress?!). maybe something entirely different could be kind of cool.
like perhaps a pattern that matches but ties in color:

or perhaps something in same material, similar color (i am thinking that the one above is chiffon):
