I think I'm paying 175.. they included it in the total price, regardless of whether or not I'm having anyting altered.. and it covers basically ANY alterations done to the gown...

I can't wait.. 2 more weeks until it's in! =)

as for BP's dresses, I ordered them from RK Bridal, their no frills program.. When they come in next week sometime.. the girls will take their gowns to their respective seamstress(s) and have the alterations done.. =)

My alterations are capped at $150 and bustle is usually another $100. But I got them to cap alterations AND bustle at $150. I got my dress at Flowerama in Elmont.

As for BP alterations, we haven't started looking for dresses, but for my friend's wedding, we got the dresses at Charisol in Flushing and the prices of the dresses includes alterations.

The wedding center in commack has BM alterations capped at 55 plus 10 if the dress needs any sort of bustling

Alterations for my gown are capped at $250.

BP alterations start at $35 & will go higher depending on how much work needs to be done.

My BP got the dresses at Flowerama but one being out of state paid $85 in GA and the one in state decided not to go there (she's thinks she's too good to have it done at a salon not at a tailor) and she paid about $150. I didn't feel bad about it though b/c it was her choice, she could have paid $50.
