I have no idea, but it looks like it would be hard to do. I could almost see a dye working (like how you dye easter eggs). And then if you want to put some gold glitter on like in the picture, just put some glue. Spray paint seems very heavy to me.

You can spray paint anything- but it would make it stiff. That material is like pantyhose.

I think it would clog the netting. Meaning it wouldn't dry up and remove the see-through effect.
Clothing dye would work, but you'd have to be really sure of the color....

You could probably use a brush and very watered down acrylic- you could also use blush and eyeshadow.
