Problem 1: Don't have an MOH. No need to create problems for yourself during the happiest time of your life. Your BFFs will respect not being chosen if the spot remains empty. If you had to choose one, choose your sister. Even though she is 15, it doesn't mean she won't step up to the plate.
Problem 2: If you did decide to include your younger brother and sister, why not have them help your wedding in another way, such as readers or ushers who hand out programs. No need for tuxes or dresses and they can still feel apart of your wedding. And since they're coming as guests, your BP will not get out of hand and it's one less thing you have to worry about.
Problem 3: Unless it is necessary, eliminate the flower girls. There is no reason for controversy . It saves you some of your sanity while planning, not to mention the distance factor. Your sister won't be mad, you won't have to worry about your FH's cousin with dress fitting and such, and no family feuds!!
I hope this helps. It might not be the best advice, but its all I can think of to help you out. Good luck!!!

Re: Bridal Party Help (longggg vent!!!)
Ok. I'll try to help....
Problem 1: I would choose your sister. This way it doesn't create any problems with your friends. My sister is my MOH. And i know yours is young, but it is your sister. And i'm sure your mom would LOVE planning things and helping as much as she can.
Problem 2: Why do you have to kick anyone out to add your sister and brother as junior bridal party. I almost added two jrs because they were young. I say either they both get added, or neither. Don't stress.
Problem 3: Ring Bearers. My FHs nephews will be 6 and 8 at our wedding and they are the ring bearers. Not by my choice. I already have 2 flowergirls. But, some things aren't worth fighting over. So in my opinion, at this point, the more the merrier. I have 18 in my bridal party plus 2 ring bearers and 2 flowergirls. I understand if you wanted to keep your party small. But fight over things like....what kind of cake you are going to have and where the reception will be. Fight over photographers and DJs. Don't fight over family stuff. It's not worth it.

Sorry to give a generic answer but it sounds like all your problems are things that are unavoidable....I think you should just go with your gut on most of them and the situations where people are feeling left out, sometimes in a wedding its unavoidable and people will understand, that they are too young or to far away. I think you should just sit down and make these decisions based on whats going to satisfy you and don't worry about pleasing everyone else. You can politely apologize and explain to people that somethings are just too complicated to be worked out. For your younger siblings you might you might feel better just trying to see them more often and talk to them more. I know with a wedding you feel the pressure to include everyone important in your life, but I feel that now is not the time to try to fix relationships by involving them in the wedding. You should try and disassociate your feelings for people with the wedding, just because you care about someone dosen't mean they have to be in the wedding! Trust me I have been through the same thing!
