what is your lawsuit for if you dont mind me asking?
Mine is for a foreign object left in my arm 5 years ago from my old doc. When I asked him about it he told me it was a screw and my new doc from my most recent surgery said no way thats a screw and removed a HUGE lump of blue material covered in scar tissue YUCK!

mine is a slip and fall.
I would def give them a call tomorrow and just tell them you wanted to check in, and see if they need any info for you. I know you have to keep them up to date with doctors appointments (which ones and how often you've seen them) and stuff like that.

I'm sorry this happened to you, really, but
LOL, I looooooooove reading med mal cases in school, they're my favorite. We read a lot of them in torts, health law and civil procedure... You wouldn't believe some of the crazy stuff doctors do. The poor patients though, I feel so badly.

yeh its crazzy. I am just glad I didn't get a huge infection. It's just kind of weird walking around with a lump of blue stuff in your arm luckily its out but now I got another big scar on my arm. I am starting to look like frankenstein lol.
