I'm not sure if this differs by the hall or the area, but my MOH just got married a couple of weeks ago and she had take home cake boxes. She supplied them.
I can find out where she got them from if your having trouble finding them......

you do not have to supply this.. you can ask your hall. if they don't and you'd like to, then you can purchase them..

I have been to a couple Caribbean weddings where Rum cake was handed out in addition to the wedding cake. I know the bride and groom bought the boxes.
