it depends .... it's more if you have a lot of OOT people, less if you have mostly in-town people.

it's generally somewhere between 10-30% no's

i'm budgeting for 15% no's

I just recounted also and realized my numbers were off. I am not hoping for....I NEED some nos. We have a lot of OOT guests so I am hoping they cant make it. Is that terrible?

Nope, I hope for nos every day lol

I want at least 40 no's....I have 25 now.

No not terrible, I look at my guest list and estimate who I think won't come/hope. My fiance thinks we will have a decent amount of No's b/c the wedding is on a friday and starts 7:30/8 pm until 1:30am.

Our times and day of the week are exactly the same. I was thinking the same thing your FH is but i have heard from a few thanks that they appreciate the fact that the time is so late because they have time to get home from work, change and not have to rush.....aw damn
