Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

NEED ideas for a fulltime job?

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

It really depends on what type environment you want to be in

Dr's office?
Dept store?

Is this just for summer ?
Are you looking for teaching-related?
Summer camps are hiring but the hours are not what you want.

good luck !

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

What type of pay are you looking for?

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

PAy inthe part time world is much hard to fight for than in the full time world..
I WISH I could make the 'hourly rate' that I made when I was full time. When your part time the ball is not always in your court anymore.

DISCLAIMER - so i dont get posts in response to that statement :
(of course this depends GREATLY on what you do!).
I know people that make $100 an hour as consultants. but thats not very common.

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

Sounds odd, but I work PT at the library and it pays almost $10 an hour, its easy, brainless, quiet, and you get to meet some really nice people in your community! I LOVE that job! Its my sanctuary away from a noisy classroom!

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

how about at a gym, and get free membership.
I always look for something that has some type of perks !

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

I live out east, its in Bellport. But I think they all pay comparably.

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

Why not get a GOOD full time paying JOB?

Re: NEED ideas for a PART TIME job????

I forgot to mention that its a lot like working at blockbuster...they have all the new movies and working there earns you first pick! I just saw Two Weeks Notice & Darknes Falls, both courtesy of the library!
