I have a gym in my office it is small but does the trick. It has treadmills, stepers and elipicals as well as some free weights and machines!!

It really is great!!!

there's a gym in my building too ... but it's really pricey to join so i've never been inside.

i used to belong to bally's which was great because it was right on my way home so i had no excuse not to go in

I was just about to post this when I saw the membership prices thread. I started a new job 4 weeks ago and we have a gym in the office - like full out cardio, free weights, assisted weight machines, room for classes, locker room/showers etc. This is the best thing that ever happened to my workouts! I go every day on my lunch break and just do light stuff (to not get the hair too messed up) and then I go after work some days. All I have to do is take the elevator two floors down! I think every office should have this. It refreshes me midday, keeps me moving at an otherwise 'desk' job, saves $ on membership, keeps me from rushing off at the end of the day to get a workout in, etc.

Anyone else have a gym at the office??

Is your job hiring? I'd go to work everyday to make sure I got my workout in!!

starting a new job on monday.... requirement to work out 3 times a week while on duty.... i get paid to work out!!!

we have a free gym in my building and i used it when i first started working here after i got out of work... but its in the basement, not a lot of equipment and i just felt weird being down there when the rest of the building was so quiet.

so DH and i joined a gym together and i actually like the crowds at the gym, makes me work harder lol.
