I need tips too, going to Jack & Rose on Monday. The only thing someone told me was that a few weeks b/f her wedding, she met with a place, they showed her a sample which she didn't like, came back again after telling them what to change, and was happy with the results. I don't know if every place does that though.
I can tell you that Burton's lets you put WHATEVER flower in your bouquets b/c it's all the same price, callalilly or dandilion. The centerpieces are based on what you want in them though.

I'm going to Burtons tomorrow. I am going to have them make up a contract etc. I have been told that their flowers are great. Also I was told to make sure that I look at a sample a few weeks before our wedding. So I'll let ya know how it goes!
