Hydrangeas wilt faster when they are dehydrated or old. If they had been keep cold and wet before the wedding day it should of been ok for at least the length of the wedding, in normal warm days. Some of these florists are ordering too early or just not following the standards of keeping these flowers hydrated enough. Id let them know you werent as happy as you expected - you prob wont get money back but at least you can warn others. Have you checked the BBB to see if there were any complaints about them
