I'm interested too! We just got a fondue pot but I'm not letting myself use it until after the wedding...afraid I'll become an addict

Re: Fondue?

This is our favorite, it's the classic type:

1 pound gruyere, grated
2 tablespoons flour
1 garlic clove, sliced in half
1 cup dry white wine

Toss cheese with the flour and set aside.

Rub the inside of a saucepan with the cut sides of the garlic, then place the pieces in the pot. Add wine and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Decrease heat to medium-low and add the cheese mixture, half a cup at a time, stirring until melted after each addition. Stir until cooked through. Transfer to fondue pot and serve immediately.

(Can also be made in the fondue pot from the beginning.)
