NO! You pay all this money for photo/video and I believe that they should return emails/phone calls at a resonable time. I think 48 hours is DEF enough time. 24 hours is a little difficult because you never know what they are going through or what has come up, especially with the crazy weather this winter. I have the same problem with my photo/video and they take forever to get back to me. I would advise you to voice your concern with them and if they do not answer your email in 48 hours, DEF call them and talk to someone.

So I had an issue with one of my vendors. I didn't feel comfortable for some reason with the photographers assigned to me. I met with them for a second time to change my photographers and I reviewed the video. I was told that they will know be doing HD video and there would be a price difference.
So I fixed the photography portion. Looking to fix the video portion.
I sent an email yesterday afternoon requesting the price difference on the video and requesting the contract be rewritten as the changes made on the original contract look sloppy now with the cross outs.
Am I being unreasonable to expect excellent customer service and have a response to my email in a 24hr period?
