maybe she bought it with the intention of giving it to you, then realized the 'overbought' and then returned it.
Not sure if items you return get marked as unpurchased on your registry...or if she didn't return it yet but plans on it?
I don't know, it's weird, but I feel like there's a logical explanation in there somewhere, lol

I'd bring it up and be like... I was just thinking about my shower, looking at pics...my shower was great, thanks so much for your gift.... blah blah... you know, I went throught my registry afterwards to see what FH and I would have to buy ourselves to complete my kitchen and my registry said someone bought me my pitcher and wineglasses, but I didn't get them from anyone at the shower, so weird! And see what she says
ETA, I totally wouldn't do it cause IC ared I didn't get the stuff, I'd just be like and need to know!!! How are you not dying to ask her??? LOL

If you purchase something off the registry - and return it b/c you found something better - there is the chance that it won't go back on....maybe she returned and never told them to add it back???
