Renting in a Building

Wow that is SOOOO Strange! I would read your lease if you dont find anything I'd personally just pay the money. Sometimes its alot easier to pay someone then fight something stress out and still have to pay in the end. ( Considering you are planning on moving soon) GOOD LUCK!
