I am SO sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what you're feeling right now, but you're very blessed to have a great support group! I'm glad you will be going on with your plans. As tough as it may be, it would be worse to change things around. Your father fought a good fight and I know he'll be right there next to you on your wedding day.

OMG Jess.. As soon as I saw the post title and that it was from you my heart instantly became heavy I am so very sorry for your loss. I can't imagine the pain you must be in now but my thoughts and prayers are with you. I know you of course would rather have your father here with you but at least he is no longer in pain. You now have an angel watching over you. May he rest in peace and may you and your family find the strength to get through this difficult time.

I feel the same as Jassy119... as soon as I saw the subject and your name. I'm so sorry. Just by the fact that he did not want any of your plans changed tells us all what a selfless and caring person he was. He will be your angel as you walk down the aisle. Hugs to you and your mom.

I am so sorry. I can say I can relate to you. Your dad is a special person and he always wanted the best for you. I lost my dad too 5 years ago.... If you just need someone to listen or yell at or cry to I'm here. I can send you my number. We all will help you during this time...
