Also take into consideration who has the best price pp, who gives you the most for your money, who has the date you want available,

The first is Woodbury and the last is Crest Hollow. How was the expo?

Crest Hollow was the least expensive but had additional fees for outdoor cocktail hour $1600, chair covers $4 pp, etc. and Chateau the most expensive over $150 pp.

I would definitely negotiate with Chateau Briand...my FSIL booked with them for a Friday in May and the price per person was definitely under $100.
Most important question which hall can you picture yourself getting married in?

I felt that with crest hollow, you get what you pay for. the guy was telling us about hteir beautiful flowers, meanwhile they were all dead.
I absolutely loved Woodbury

A coworker of mine is getting married at Crest Hollow. I don't think she regrets it, but I know she's been really stressed because her Banquet Manager takes forever to reply to her. Sometimes even a couple of weeks. Other times, he never replied and she had to keep calling. That may just be him & not all of them though.
She also complained that they charge an arm & a leg for everything. The pipe & draping pictured above is an additional $2500 & that's how they sold her. So now she feels like she has to have it. The price pp is good but all the extras (including using the outside space) just keep adding up.

Ok u must be doing a Saturday. We got them down a few dollars per person for a Friday night. Also remember with chateau u don't need to get extra lighting the chairs need nothing etc

Chateau briand ball room and cocktail hour are gorgeous I had it on my list!
Also Woodbury CC has beautiful cocktail hour if you are getting married during warm season and is cheaper than chateau briand.
And Crest Hollow cocktail hour is also beautiful but I hate the ceilings thats why I didnt have them on my final list.

That's my problem I like and dislike things about them all. I loveee the ballroom of Chateau Briand. I love the outside and privacy/openness of Woodbury. I love the view and picture spots at Crest Hollow.

I was feeling the same way. The places I liked were the Bourne mansion my favorite, The Carltun and Sand castle but ended up booking sand castle because they gave the best deal. Have you done food tasting at those places yet?? That might help you decide.
