your not fat, if you think you are, which your not! get a Personal trainer, they push you like you would not believe! so far I lost four lbs and and after every work out w/ him, I am sore!

I am the worst, I smoke, dont work out (but I did start WW) and the a$$ kicker is that FH has a 4 year degree in exercise and sport science! He worked as a health and fitness specialist for Johnson and Johnson for about a year teaching spinning and abs classes! ![]()
Before we started dating we were out in a group talking about what type of person we would marry, and he said he wanted to marry someone who was athletic!! Well he sure as he11 didnt get that! (We laugh about it now)
Edited to say: If my high school gym teacher ever knew that I married an athlete he would keel over and die! I was the one smoking the cigarette as I walked the track!

To repeat what everyone else has said...you are not fat.
And don't be too hard on yourself if you gained a couple of pounds on your honeymoon. It's very normal for couples to gain weight on their honeymoon. Just get back to the gym and work on burning off some of that weight.
And if you can't make it to the gym, be a newlywed and burn it off other ways.![]()

But I know that feeling when you just get down on yourself and you start thinking of the things you don't like, and suddenly they seem HUGE, both literally and figuratively! LOL.
I told my DH that I have a goal to be in better shape at 35 than I was at 25. So I have 13 months to get moving! It's not a weight issue with me, but more of a toning issue. I'm too jiggly!![]()
