Is it something that can be handled with online help chat? As long as it isn't repair or maintenance you can do that. I'm actually finishing up with them now! I got through in about 2 minutes.

i think the trick is not to press the numbers they ask - try mis-pressing - like 0 three times, or hit * or something - sometimes that works to get through to someone in customer service!!

Fh's house just canceled them.... they had problems with them...said to them you know we'll cancel your service..... they said ' fine call up that department'
