The Meadow Club is in Port Jefferson - right near Smithtown. They have incrredible prices. We were under $90/head with tax & gratuity for their best menu on a Sunday in August. They were incredible! And have beautiful gardens, our pictures are really pretty.

They are also a vendor on this board.

We paid $69.99 per head plus tax and gratuity for a February wedding at the Watermill.

At Villa Lombardi's - on a sunday day wedding, they might be able to do that price.

If I can recall correctly, the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook was $78 for a Saturday night before tax & surcharge.

Just another vote for Timber Point. The pictures on Lessings website don't do it justice & I should know since I'm getting married there in 24 days!

Middle Island Country Club.. Its a golf course with some great pictures and it has a bridge thats is great.. They also only do one reception a day. www.middleislandcc.com the pictures don't do it justice you would have to see the place the flowers on the terrace are out of this world

One reason we had our wedding at the Swan Club was because the grounds were beautiful and we could take our pictures there. Our pictures came out great! We also paid much less than $90 pp.

I am having my wedding at the Jericho Terrace on Labor Day Sunday for 85pp. It's a really beautiful place and its also a night wedding. FH and I decided to go this route because Sunday would be cheaper and luckily mostly everyone will have off for labor day. The website is www.jerichoterrace.com... Good Luck!!!

We are having ours at The Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue and paying a lot less than $90, but that's for January. I agree with the girl who told you to find a place that you like and then work on the price. Also, if you are paying cash, you may be able to work out a deal with them. Good luck.

Sunset Harbour is great... The grounds arent too fabolus.. but there are a lot of places nearby... They have beautiful docks outside... FM me for more info if youd like

Time of year definately plays a role in pricing, try Majestic Gardens and / or Sayvill Country Club. I know they both have different packages. Best of Luck!
