It looks like a great house Jen. How come they are moving out?

---

My BIL is going to be in the academy for nyc corrections, and they won't be able to afford it. It's hard to sell now so renting is a better option - plus when they are making the money to afford it later, it's still their house. If you know of anyone, please pass the word. The academy starts next month and my sister is sick to her stomach about it

Completely understandable. I will keep it in mind and pass it on to anyone I know looking. There are apartments out there with rent higher then this -- so there is a good chance someone will take it. Did she post it on Craigslist? She should if she didn't.

I am not sure yet, but for the past month they were trying to sell by owner, and that was on Craigslist - so I am sure she did or will soon ... thanks Anne.
