I really like their stuff but want to know if the quality is good and they're reliable before I place a (big) order. Anybody ordered from them? Your experiences? TIA!

I love their stuff but never ordered because they don't allow returns or exchanges on any jewelry So make sure you like it before you buy.

I haven't ordered from them, but I'm considering getting a tiara there. I think someone else just ordered their invites from there...but regarding the jewelry return policy..here's a response I got back over e-mail from a question I asked about it
'If something arrives damaged, we take a return and ship a replacement. If you receive the tiara and do not like it, you may send it back within 7 days still in it’s original sealed packaging. We cannot resell something that has been tried on. '
So I think they do accept returns, just not if the seal on the packaging is broken. (I e-mailed them the other day because I was worried I might not like the tiara and then would be stuck with it)

I bought my invitations and table cards from them, and they're lovely. I wanted a specific design that I found on my invitation, along with several other changes from the basic offering of the Luxe invitations, and Rebecca did a great job. She was always really fast to get back to me via email, everything was printed and shipped very quickly, and the quality is excellent. Now that they've been mailed, I can't tell you how many complements I've gotten on our invites. I'm thinking of ordering a few more things, like bouquet jewelry, and I'm sure it will be fine.

I can understand that policy, because how easy would it be then to order a tiara, wear it on your wedding day, and then 'return' it afterward? Considering that stores have to put giant tags on dresses so women don't do the same thing with cocktail dresses. At least tiaras don't get sweaty.

I don't have the email they sent me back regarding returns on jewelry (tiaras do not count), but they told me they do not accept returns or exchanges at all on earrings/bracelets, etc. Only if it arrives damaged, otherwise, no returns.
