XP from BHB---- for the brides & future brides who...

has used a David's Bridal and has/has a good experience with that particular location.. please let me know the branch/location.. I'm looking to stay in Nassau county...if possible..

I'm looking for inexpensive BM's dresses and I want no stress or hassles from DB... I've heard a few horror stories... and I want to refrain.. from punching out someone's teeth out & making a necklace out them...

I was not impressed with any of the David's Bridals i've been in.... one was in Brooklyn and I went to the one in the Source (westbury) but just didn't like anything.... JMO.

You may want to get your BM dresses from the same place you got your dress. i did that, the service has been excellent so far and the girls saved $20.00 on their dress. granted, they are still a little more expensive than David's Bridal BM dresses, but in my opinion, they are soo much nicer.!

I had minimal issues with the one by roosevelt field mall...their customer service on the phone was pretty bad...but in person, they were pleasant...but I ddin't do my alterations with them...I went w. my own taylor.

i didnt really have any issues with BMs getting their gowns in the westbury ones... they came before the promise date and you pretty much help yourself - which i prefered anyway

fm me with any questions!!

now getting them on the phone is a COMPLETELY different story- but as far as prices of the gowns are concerned- i havent found a place that has gowns for less than what db has!

I don't want the BM's dress going over $200 and even that is too much... I don't want them buying an expensive dress for one night that will never wear again...It happened to me where the Bride had be buy a Fire Orange Red silk/satin dress for $300! in the end I ended donating the dress.. as I couldn't see myself wearing ever again... and I saw in DB's website that they have a few dresses that were very nice looking... and nicely priced...

so far you guys said that the DBs that gave the least hard time was in Westbury & the source mall?? I'm sorry but the Source Mall is that the Roosevelt Field mall or the center where they have PF Changs & the Cheesecake factory??

The Source mall is where the CHeesecake Factory is off Merchants Concourse.

I got my dress and my girls dresses at DAvids bridal, they used the one in Westbury, I got my dress from one in Charlotte, NC

I had a decent experience. When all was said and done, the day of my wedding everyone looked beautiful, that is all that matters

I went to the one in Westbury. I had a good experiance. I have been there a few times for my dress and BM's dresses and never had a problem.

Th eSource Mall is the same one everyone is talking about. Roosvelt Field does not have one. (The malls are right next to each other). This is all in Westbury.
