XP: What responsibilities

did you give your BMs for the day of?

i don't want to forget anything. I'm thinking along the lines of taking aisle runner after ceremony, memory candle, holding baskets for rose petals at ceremony, take toasting flutes...etc

ummm, nothing except getting there on time, looking pretty and walking down the aisle. Everything else that you mentioned the groomsmen took care of. You should have them or a family member or close friend hold the rose petal basket. Your BMs should be unseen by guests along with you till the ceremony begins.

And the RH will pack up the flutes and anything else you use.
