what is usually included that doesn't jack up the price? like what would the cake be if you didn't add anything that cost extra money?

Square cakes cost more.. or anything other than round tiers.
I would say anything more than 3 tiers would cost extra.
Fondant and any embellishments may jack up the price.
Not sure, but possibly making the tiers different flavors may cost more. I know that certain fillings cost more at certain bakeries (like doing a cannoli filling or something like that).
