I went to paradise bridal yesterday and tried on a dress I REALLY like, but they didn't tell me the designer... but I looked at their website and tried to find something close to the dress.. closest I could find so far is an allure dress:
the top is different, its more layered (if thats what you call it- {kinda like this }) and the detail is different, and there's a lot at the bottom and its a corset back.
I don't know where to look... thanks ladies.

that one is REALLY close. but there was detail work at the bottom and it was a weird dropped waist, kinda came down further on on the sides (hips) and was scalloped. I don't think it was a maggie, the dress I found there was only $850. and from what I've heard maggie is A LOT more .

You could probably get a select few Maggies for $850, most that I've seen come in around $1k, so it's not unheard of. And I know they more often than not have a corset back. I looked at a few other designers that they carry there, but didn't see anything remotely close. Anyway, good luck!

I agree, why don't you just call Paradise Bridal? They probably have it written down on your bridal profile.

I actually purchased a dress from a different store. I did however call paradise, I just never posted on here.. because I was THAT un-happy and didn't want to bring anyone else down.
long story short, I called and dawn (i think) answered, I asked for the info on the dress and she told me I had to speak to stephenie, and that she's be in on saturday (this was a tuesday)
I was so flabbergasted that noone could look up this 'code'.. and I explained I didn't like stephanie.. and that if they didn't give me the code I'd get my second choice from another store...
well stephanie called me that saturday I had to tell her I bought my dress, she more or less called me a liar. saying 'yea, ok... congrats'
