xPost: Anyone here looking for a 1BR apt?

We're moving - rent at our new place starts 1/1/09. The sooner we get someone in our current place, the sooner we get our security back If no one commits by 1/1/09, we're paying double rent for 1 week. Not terrible, but would be better if we didn't have to!
