I bought card stock from paper and more.com and bought a corner punch from acmoore or michaels. The most important thing is that the design on the corner punch needs to be the same no matter how you turn it. I printed the ivory part from word using a business card size template. For my punch i had to cut the background paper a 1/2 inch wider and taller in order for the ivory part to fit in.

A word of advice I precut and corner punched all the background pieces a few months ago which made the process way less stressful now with 10 days to go. All I had to do is mail merge my table arrangements from excel in word fix the font and print. Then i just cut down all the ivory paper and popped them into the backgrounds.
