Can any of you girls help me out?
FH and I have just started to go over some preliminary price quotes I have been gathering over the past month to determine who we want to actually meet with. Most of them are coming in a little higher than what we would ideally like to spend ($2500-3000).
I know you get what you pay for, but we're looking for someone who gives you both the hard copy proofs and the digital files. Not just 200-300 pics either, but a full amount, at least 700+. We'd prefer two photographers or one photographer and one assistant, with full day coverage. I'd like an album and parent albums, but if we had the digital files and had to make our own albums to cut down the price, we're open to it. An e-pic session would be nice, but I'm realistic and not expecting it for that price. Our style is fairly traditional, we'd like some artsy, but not overly so. We're also looking for a photographer who offers video as well, so we can kill two birds with one stone, but we are budgeting that separately from the 2500-3000 which is strictly photo.
Can anyone think of any photographers that meet this criteria? You can FM me if you feel more comfortable.
