Does anyone know anything about them? I've heard mixed reviews. There are a ton of co-ops for sale in that complex and we need something around that area.

Me and my FH were going to buy one about a yr ago and we had my Fh's uncle (who is a lawyer) look at the contract and his uncle told us that is seemed a bit shady and to not buy it. I know they are affordable and the area is decent, but something has to be wrong if there are always so much up for sale. Hope that helps a little!

I thought the same thing. I guess we'll go talk to some of the residents maybe and see what they think in person.

Have you looked at any condo's or houses? We looked at co-ops before we bought our house, and after hearing some nightmare stories from people, decided to invest in a home.

I would love to, if we could afford it. We'd just rather not throw money away on rent.
