I dont have any input on Couples, but I am curious if you have stayed at Sandals Whitehouse and can share your experience. You mentioned having been to all and I heard this one is the nicest in Jamaica.

LOVED, LOVED Sandals Whitehouse! DH and I spent a week there... about 8 months after it first opened - It was his first Sandals experience.
Every room is ocean view, the beach area is amazing - over a mile long, white gorgeous sand.. The main area is huge (the pool - the biggest Sandals pool I've been to) and it's nice as 90% of all the restaurants are right around that Piazza area (which is great for evening socalizing after dinner). Its also nice as the pool furnature is a nice iron instead of plastic, the whole experience was very comfortable.
The farthest building has its own pool and pool bar, and a little restaurant there if you don't feel like the walk (5 min!).
