Do you know if Villa really needs the liability insurance from our vendors 2 months in advance? If so I need to get on that ASAP!

I had my wedding at their other location. They did hound me for the liability certificates. better to do it now just to get it out of the way so u don't have 2 do it later.

Yes you have to have them. It is better to get them in sooner rather than later. Its not that big of a deal just call your vendors and have them fax it over -- they do it all the time so it is not a big deal.
