XPost-Registry Question - HOW MANY SETS?

how many sets of wine/martini/etc glasses did you register for?

mine are in a set of 4 and i registered for 2 sets but do i need 2 sets? how many did you register for?

I would have 8, if you had a dinner party or a holiday you will very likely have at least 8 people. I actually got 12 of my regular wine glasses and 10 of my crystal.

I registered for only one set of my specialty glasses (martini, champagne, cordial, etc.), so 4 pieces, of which we got NONE. 8 pieces of the rocks glasses, which we would double as juice glasses, which we also didn't get. We don't need too many though because we are not big liquor drinkers, nor is our family. We registered for a 12 piece wine tasting set, which had 4 red, 4 white, and 4 burgundy glasses....which we also did not get lol. We already had a wine decanter set that came with 4 jumbo red wine balloons.

We ended up buying ourselves 5/8 rocks glasses, the 12-piece wine set, and the 4-piece martini glass set...this will probably be enough glassware for us, but we don't see ourselves hosting many holidays if any for quite some time.

It all depends on how many people you think you will be having over, and if you think you will be having holidays and things like that anytime soon. You can start out with a small set and always add on if you need too.
