yaaayyy lunch story

popped in to hale & hearty and ordered a medium-sized soup and when it came to paying, i used my discover card. the clerk had to call the manager because it wasn't going through then the manager said they don't take discover!!! gaaahhh.... of all the days to leave my wallet behind, i only brought my ID & that one cc!!!

i guess it was obvious from my 'oh ****!' reaction and reddening face because the manager said 'don't worry about it. this meal is on me! have a good one! just come back next time and have another soup!' OMG. i had to know his name - omar - and i promises to come back!

I love my discover card. I don't remember a place I've been where it hasn't been accepted. And I get free movies from it!!!
