you mentioned its in flushing meadow parkbut I didn't see a message- what's the name of the chapel?? i would like to look it up!

Terrace on the Park overlooks Flushing Meadow Park...Its a reception hall, so I'm assuming that they would also do ceremonies...but maybe only if you have the reception there. The world's fair site (the big globe - in Men In Black), also could be a interesting place to have ceremony, but again, Im not sure that they do ceremonies, but its worth a call.
