Yahoo Customer service

Does anyone know the email address for yahoo email customer service? For some reason my email address doesnt exist anymore...and I cannot log on.....I looked all over, and the help info that they have on the site is useless to me...
Anybody?

We went through this awhile back. They do everything they can to keep you from contacting them!

We ended up on the page that asked for some verification info and if you put in an incomplete year on the birthdate ie 0975 then it took you to a page where you could actually send an e-mail with comments.

We had to go through the process several times before we got someone to actually e-mail us, and not send a form letter.

I think we got to the verification page by trying to use the form that said our log-in password no longer worked.

Good luck!!! I wish I still had the e-mail addy to give you. Be persistant and you should eventually hear from someone.

That's it! They will then send you a form letter asking you to provide a bunch of idetification info, after trying several other steps.

We did all that, but then would follow the 'last resort' instructions at the end, and they didn't respond - at least not right away. I kept sending back the info every day, with more pleading to please respond.

Somewhere along the way, DH tried sending in that he forgot his user ID and requested it be sent to his alternate e-mail. This was on this page

He entered the alternate e-mail and got a response. Somewhere along the way he got response to one of the e-mails from a real person. We had to fax a lot of detail on the account to convince them it was ours, including a drivers license, but finally got our account back.
