'Yank and Spank'?

Has anyone ever heard of a game you play at a bachelorette party called 'Yank and Spank'? I am heading out to San Francisco tomorrow for my friend's wedding and we are supposedly playing it at her bachelorette party on Wed. night but no one will tell me what it is! The name is freaking me out and I just want to be prepared
