I was thinking about you... how did it go? I am guessing they did not give you the promotion????

As for me being lucky... I work for a start up company so I was slightly underpaid to begin with. This big raise now brings me above average (according to salary.com)

You Go Girl !

Congrats!

Aww, thanks for thinking of me...

No, I did nto get a promotiion.....I got a 2% raise, which is barely over a quarter, which is pathetic....

I had a few choice words to share with the witch tho, but it sitll did not help..she wants to give me another review in June...why? I dunno...I do know tha I a very underpaid, so I am still looking for somedthing new to do...

Sorry Holly That is really unfair, hopefully you wil find a much better job!
