Our Eparty is next Sunday-- ONE WEEK TO GO!!
And we just picked up our Menu- we made some changes & here are our final choices- let me know what you think:
(It's a cocktail party- three passed hor 'dourves per hour for three hours & then an hour of passed desserts- pasta stations and vegetable crudite will be up throughout)
Truffled Macaroni & Cheese with lobster in a parmesean cup
Smoked Salmon lollipops with red onion and scallion cream cheese
Steak Tartar rolled with arugula & proscuitto
Pigs in a blanket (gotta have it!!)
Mushrooms stuffed with vegetables and crabmeat
Crispy shrimp tempura
Baby roasted lamb chops in a chimmi churri sauce (I am not sure about this sauce- anyone else?)
Goat cheese & chives with toasted pine nuts
Fresh mozzerella stuffed with sundreid tomatoes & basil (they want to put roasted peppers in that one- but I'm not a huge fan-- what do you think?)
Pastas:
Rigatoni Ala Vodka
Falrfalle Primavera
Penne in white clam sauce
Orchiette Carbonara
Dessert will be mini pastries ie: Cheesecakes, profiteroles, canoli etc. and italian cookies.
And of course all the drinks in the world... it's one of those GORGEOUS bars with the 4 foot tall bottle of Belvedere!!
