YAY!!!

FH and I went to our cake tasting today!!! I was a little skeptical because the website of the guys was pretty bad with a lot of 80's/90's designs......


But.... I'm SOOOOO EXCITED!!!
HE was GREAT!!! He had a book with newer pictures and had and example of EXACTLY what I wanted...l.then we tasted the cakes


I WAS IN HEAVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the BEST cake I have EVER HAD!!! NO JOKE

WE decided for the bottom layer vanilla cake with homemade straberry preserves and fresh strawberries.

Second layer is a white pistachio cake with a cream cheese filling!!! OUR FAVORITE!!!

the third layer is a Hazelnut cake with sweet cream filling

And our top (anniversary layer) is the pistachio layer again.

WE will be doing a butter cream frosting, his is actually very different and sweeter than usual but very light!! I think its called French butter cream.

Anyways I'm SUPER excited for our wedding cake!!

Any girls getting married in CT call Mike from Cake Creations!!!!

I t was sooo yummy ! I ate a little too omcuh and had a tummy ache!!! BUt it was soooo worth it! I haven't had cake in soooo long!!!

Well, Im so glad that you enjoyed it and that you are happy with ur choice...

I can't wait to do my cake tasting!!!! That will be my favorite part!!!

I'm such a foodie...so of course my wedding cake is like the most important thing to me...

I think that a wedding cake should taste like clouds..
