so tuesday nite me and fh r going to the hall to pick out our menu for our engagement party ...i cant believe how quickly it snuck up on us ....times flying ladies

i always wanted to ask but never did.... so planning an e-party at a hall is like planning another wedding isnt it? it sounds sooo sooo involved.... unless you book the same vendors for both parties

i highly dont recommend it lol...the only reason we booked our e-party at a hall is b/c i put a deposit down for our wedding and fh hated it (mostly because we have had my dads companys christmas party there and he didnt want ppl confusing the 2 lol) ...so instead of losing our $1000 deposit we put it towards an eparty....its sooooo expensive and not what we wanted

oh boy.... i know i always hear of other gurls saying... ooh i need invites for it and im having 130 people and im like whoaaaa thats essentially a wedding right there... me n fh knew we didnt want any type of e-party .... woulda like da nice lil backyard bbq kinda thing but we both dont have backyards LOL

lol..thats exactly what i wanted a backyard party...my 2 other sisters had their e-partys in our backyard and it was great...u can borrow our backyard lol.....its honestly too much having it at a hall...i mean i know u only get married once but its not worth it ...i wanted an e-party and fh didnt so now im stuck doing everything for it lol,,,hopefully it will all be worth it once its said and done
