Well he had told me to take off end of july or beginning of august, he had said something about maybe AC or Foxwoods bc we really need a little get away.

Well he is booking today and we're going to Coconut Grove, Florida. We went there last year for a wedding and absolutely loved that area...Before that i didn't even like Florida. It is so nice, clean and lively in this area. OUr hotel was amazing and big gorgeous room...We were right in the middle of everything. Theres tons of great shops, restaurants, bars, theres a circle area with senor frogs, fat tuesdays, hooters lol, and its a mini mall. But it doesn't get crazy like south beach, it gets packed with college kids at night but not hectic...anyways I LOVED it and we said we wanted to go back in the near future. We're also staying at the same hotel. He called me this morning to tell me he is booking

and thats the hotel were staying at, the orange on the bottom and white on top tall building

lobby

rooms are big and even have a separate kitchen area fully equipped and big bathrooms

cocowalk, with a bunch of stores, restaurants and bars

yeah we really loved it, like you said we walk out of our hotel and theres just tons of things right by us, on the same block, up the block and great places too...When we were there FH said maybe we should move to fl LOL

If my family didn't live in NY I would SO be living back in FL. The life is very easy to live and the housing couldn't be more affordable!! Then again, if I didn't move back to NY, I wouldn't have met my FH.
FYI, there is no state tax in FL!! Can you imagine my disbelief when I got my first paycheck here!!

yeah its nice and all but not sure if i can live there...FH's company has a headquarters there so he was like oh i can get transferred it would be so easy lol.

My dad had a condo on the beach there but did i take advantage of that-NO and now he sold it...he wants to get another one so hopefully he does, so this way i have a place to stay for free if i want to get away
