YAY for me!!!

So last Friday I signed up for a 10 week total body shaping class, and today was the first one! It is Monday through Friday for 50 minutes each day....

Well let me tell you it kicked my BUTT!!!!!! I feel good though. Tired because I am not used to waking up so early but it was totally worth it.

So YAY FOR ME! Getting my booty back in shape!

Where is it?

They have 4 locations... Bohemia (where I go), Selden, Calverton.... and I am not sure of the forth. they have a website though if you google, Total Body Shaping it is one of the first ones

Ohhhh Shauna that is SO GREAT!! You already looked like you had lost weight when I saw you on Saturday so this will just make you nice and toned so you will look fab in your beautiful wedding dress!!!

I definitely need to build a little muscle mass. The apartment complex where I'll be living in Florida has a fitness center so I should definitely try to take advantage of that.
