This is to encourage everyone who is having a hard time finding an affordable place to live here--we bought a co-op in Smithtown last weekend and are going to contract! I can't wait to own our first place! I had all but given up when we found the perfect place for us. Good luck to everyone still looking!

Congrats!! I felt the same way!... I'm in CT and we were looking for a house, but it seemed like there was nothing out there for us, but now we're in contract!
