Yay, Great day dress shopping w/ my mom -a tad bit long

So my mom & I had a hair appt. eariler in the day, went to lunch & from there went to Renate's in Lindenhurst. We didn't get there until 4:00 & they closed at 5:00 , but I was able to try on dresses and they were so nice there! It was already after 5pm & they were still offering me to try on more dresses , My mom & I decided to make an app. for next Sat. w/ my MOH & one of my Bm's. So we can also look for their dresses & my MOB dress...

This was my second time shopping for dresses, The first time I went alone & loved a simple plain jane gown..Today my mom picked out this gorgeous Private Lable by G gown that was stunning, but a lil more dress than I wanted.

** The cutest part when I was standing in the mirror looking at my reflection my mom walked away saying it was missing somthing, & comes back w/ a tiara. ( my mom told me she decided she wanted me to have one, after she saw how beautiful Mary / Rysie looked in her T Thomas Knoell ).

She then told me that she knows it's my wedding, but I am her only daughter & please dress like the Princess I am trying to persuae me away from the mermaid/trumpet cut style & towards somthing more traditional.

When I got home a few hours ago I called to let her know I got here ok (she always ask me to do this) she told me that she's payign for my gown & veil etc. & she quickly added that I can pick any dress I want she just wants me to get my dress, & my girls to get their dresses at Renata's since that is where my grandmother (her mom that passed 10 years ago) bought her dress for the last few family weddings & that
's where her girls ot their dress for her wedding in 1977.

how cute is that?

In a way I was like oh, so I'm limited, but they really have a good selection, so that will definitly help lil 'ol indesisive me make decissions

thats really cool..my mom and 6 of my aunts ( all got married at the narraganset that used to be next door..all got their dresses from there too and i tried a few on..but wasnt a fan of any of the designers they carried
