I joined the gym again a few weeks ago and I made a promise that I would be DEDICATED as soon as school ended. So friday my butt was at the gym and I went yesterday and this morning!!!
I also went to the store and got all sorts of salad stuff and veggies and have been making healthy breakfast and lunches!
YAY. I have 3 weeks until our engagament pics, maybe I can lose a few pounds!

Good for you!!! Atleast you have the dedication to do it, I'm weak! I get the grand ideas, but never follow through. Maybe once summer classes are finished and I stop eating out of a vending machine I can try again....

Good job! I need to get my butt into gear. I'm going to the gym later today. I'm ordering my dress next week, so hopefully that will motivate me to start working out regularly.

That's awesome.....keep up the good work!!! With dedication and commitment you can do it!! Wish I could say the same for myself! I need to stick to some sort of program. My brother is always joking around with me cause I say I'm going to start working out with him and then I never do. I have an excuse for every thing. I need to officially get my butt into gear.
