it's about time. they weren't as hard to put in and take out as i thought either. but they feel a little weird right now. at least i'll look good in my wedding photos now though

Lol-I remember when my dad 'tried' to get contacts! He has a fear of touching his own eyes so he was able to get them in but it took him almost 2 hrs to get them out! He never wore them again

Congratsss - I've been wearing contacts since I was 14!!! I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEM - just remember to clean them daily and use the weekly enzyme cleaner!!!!

I finally got contacts last August. I figured since I was getting married, this was the perfect time to get them. It took me a while to get used to them -now I couldn't live without them!

I too LOVE my contacts.
I wear disposable and I have 2 pairs left so I've been wearing my glasses a lot. I have to order my contacts soon.

I have been wearing contacts since 13 (so I guess for about 14 years.) they are great.
They take a little getting use to for some people but after a while you will totally forget you are wearing them.

Isn't it great to not have to wear glasses? Now you can wear them every once in a while for fun, as a fashion accessory (like I'm doing today). But yeah, having contacts is so much better. I'd love to get the laser surgery but honestly, it scares me. I know it's safe, my roomate got it done, but the thought of having my eye sliced - ewwwwwww!!!!

I'm with Irish Tracy - I was so excited to buy non-prescription sunglasses when I first got contacts!! It took me a while to get used to them but now I wear them all the time and love it!!!!

I get my contacts from Costco! They have the cheapest prices around. Even with my special contacts they are still cheaper than any other store!
